💰 Fees and payment

You agree to pay the amounts on your Ikusasa quotation on the schedule you chose. This form is only valid once submitted with your quotation and proof of first payment.

🔧 Kit deposit

A refundable deposit covers the robotics kit. You get it back in full when the kit is returned in good condition on 18 July 2026. You are responsible for any damage caused by your child.

🔄 Refunds

Cancel 7+ days before start: Full refund, no questions asked.
Cancel within 7 days: 50% admin fee on programme fee. Deposit refunded in full.
Once bootcamp starts: No refund on programme fee. Deposit refunded when kit is returned.

📅 Attendance

Let us know if your child misses a session. We will do our best to catch them up. No refund for missed sessions.

🤝 Behaviour

Learners must treat instructors, classmates, and equipment with respect. We may remove a learner for serious misconduct without a refund.

🏥 Health

The medical information you provided is accurate and complete. In an emergency we will call your listed contact and seek help. We are not responsible for conditions you did not disclose.

1 Fees and Payment

Programme fees and kit deposits are set out in the Ikusasa quotation issued separately. By signing this agreement the parent or guardian confirms acceptance of the quoted amounts and the payment schedule. This agreement is valid only when submitted together with the applicable Ikusasa quotation and proof of payment for the initial installment and kit deposit.
2 Kit Deposit

A refundable kit deposit is charged per learner where a physical robotics kit is provided. The deposit amount per track is set out in the Ikusasa quotation. The deposit is refunded in full when the robotics kit is returned in good condition at the end of the bootcamp on or before 18 July 2026. The parent or guardian accepts full financial responsibility for any damage to or loss of kit components attributable to the learner.
3 Refund Policy
- 7 or more days before the start date: Full refund of the programme fee. Kit deposit refunded in full.
- Within 7 days of the start date: A 50% administration fee applies to the programme fee. Kit deposit refunded in full.
- Once the bootcamp has commenced: No refund on the programme fee. Kit deposit refunded on return of kit in good condition.
4 Attendance

Regular attendance is expected. If a learner is unable to attend a session, the parent or guardian must notify Ikusasa in advance. Ikusasa will make reasonable efforts to accommodate catch-up within the same cohort. No fee reduction is provided for missed sessions.
5 Code of Conduct

Learners are expected to treat instructors, fellow learners, and equipment with respect. Ikusasa Technology Solutions reserves the right to remove a learner from the programme without refund in cases of serious misconduct or repeated disruptive behaviour.
6 Health and Safety

The parent or guardian confirms that all medical information provided in this agreement is accurate and complete. In the event of a medical emergency, Ikusasa Technology Solutions is authorised to contact the emergency contact listed and to seek appropriate medical assistance. Ikusasa will not be held liable for pre-existing medical conditions not disclosed on this form.
7 Intellectual Property

The Future Engineers Programme curriculum is developed and owned by Zurisoft Technologies. All programme materials remain the intellectual property of Zurisoft Technologies and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

Declaration and Signature

I, the undersigned, confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of all learners listed above. I have read and understood all terms and conditions in this agreement. I agree to the payment schedule confirmed in the Ikusasa quotation referenced above, and I accept full responsibility for the attendance, conduct, and equipment care of all enrolled learners throughout the programme.
